Wines by the glass

Cave des Silènes offers you the opportunity to taste wines by the glass under optimal conditions with its two temperature controlled Enomatics machine (by the glass wine pouring machine) which allows to keep a bottle of wine three weeks long after the opening under neutral gaz in order to protect the wines from oxygen.

• A selection of 16 wines by the glass (12 cl) – 8 white wines & 8 red wines from Chinon, Loire Valley & other wine regions.
• Domaine Charles Joguet wine tasting – taste 2 to 3 wines for free in order to discover the rich diversity of Chinon wines…(2 cl)
• Bottle of wines: our taste-in wine list to taste in offers all the wines sold to take away in our wine shop. (Loire Valley wines or others).
